Message	he bought the NA cuz he didn't have the money for the turbo. Then went ahead and bought the kit when he came into some money, blew all of it on the kit and didn't have much left for the paint. Or, he got the kit and one of his homies said he'd hook him up with paint/fitting and did a really shitty job.
